What is the return policy?
Herou accepts returns within 7 days of delivery strictly on unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging intact. Every return is checked thoroughly before approval; if any signs of wear, damage, washing, odor, or tag removal are found, the return will be refused. To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days at herou.clothing@gmail.com or on our official WhatsApp with your order number and request. Approved refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method (or store credit for COD orders).
When will I get my order?
All Herou orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days nationwide and are shipped through Leopards Courier Services (Private) Limited. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and peak demand periods, but tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

All products are proudly designed and manufactured in Lahore, Pakistan, at our own HEROU™ Studios. Every piece is crafted in-house, allowing us to maintain strict quality control and ensure that each item meets our high standards for style, durability, and attention to detail.
